KUNDALINI YOGA
A CHAIR-BASED PROGRAMME FOR SILVER AGE &
PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS.
The course is for L1 Kundalini Yoga Teachers and Yoga Teachers in general.
Course taught by: Raghurai Singh
Raghurai Singh, is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher (L1, L2 & L3) as taught by Yogi Bhajan in the UK and EU since 1999. He is a Professional teacher trainer with Karam Kriya School International. He works as a counsellor/psychotherapist (MSc, BA) and supervisor privately and for several NGOs in London. He is also Karam Kriya consultant – the spiritual science of numerology and a trustee of Guru Ram Das Project.
Timetable:
Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd February 2020.
Sadhana 5:00 – 7:30
Course: 9:00 – 18:30 Saturday
9:00 – 17:00 Sunday
Investment: £175 (both days including manual and non-refundable booking fee £50)
Accommodation: £10 per night.
Food: £35 Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
