There are plenty of ways that you can help us to serve those most in need and be part of our community. The most simple way is to make a donation or become a member and donate regularly.

  • We would also love to have help spreading the word about what we do. Please join us on Facebook and Instagram and comment on, like and repost content to help us reaching new audiences. You may also wish to sign up for our newsletter and share that.

    If you know of an organisation or group working with or supporting vulnerable people, please put them in touch with us. We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to set up yoga and/or meditation classes. We may also be able to provide bespoke workshops or trainings on a variety of health, mental health, wellbeing or spiritual subjects.
